天津佳德昌泰機械有限公司的產品GVS-130-S型伸展拉軟磨革機可在皮毛一體生產流程的任何環節中進行伸展和拉軟作業，若裝上磨石（stone）即可進行磨革。伸展和拉軟是皮革和皮毛一體加工中的環節，特別是皮毛一體的加工，立式拉軟機是不可或缺的。液壓驅動工作機構的動作和運行速度均可調節。皮張由氣動夾具夾緊。

本產品屬標準機型配置，包含一個裝有多排刷子和可調導角的葉片的輥子。牛皮革制壓力托墊可以調節其對被加工羊皮的接觸面積和工作壓力。

隨機配置吸塵系統、電控箱和相應的安全保護器。

Tianjin Giantey Machinery Co., Ltd. is very famous for making leather machines, the Vertical Stretching ( or Staking) Machine, GVS-130 WITHOUT BUFFING STONE OR GVS-130-S WITH BUFFING STONE, is one of them. It is well used for staking and stretching the lambskins in different stages for processing double-face, it is a very important machine for double-face tanning and production.

As required, the machine could be equipped with buffing stones arranged in different size and the small blades fastened by screws at different places around the axle at a certain angle, this makes the machine work perfect to stake or stretch the skins into larger ones and also do the buffing for the skins looking like silk with suede.

The machine has a fixed cow-hide leather feeding system, it could well be adjusted tight and loose according to the requiement of working, this cow-hide leather is driven by two hydraulic cylinders.

This machine is well used in the final processing of double-face during the production.
